I want you to feel EXCITED about introducing some essential oils into your life, which is why I have outlined a few of the most commonly asked questions that I get from women like you.

If you are still on the fence, chances are at least one or two of these questions have been on your mind...

1. Will the essential oils help with my perimenopausal symptoms?

Yes, essential oils work and have shown to support hormone function for perimenopause and beyond. Many women have used essential oils with incredible success for energy, libido, brain fog and emotional support.

2. When should I expect results using the oils and supplements?

Great question! Most women begin experiencing results within ONE WEEK of using essential oils. I highly recommend following the protocols that I provide and integrating the oils into daily habit. It’s the daily habits that are key to incredible results. I recommend trying the protocols for 90 days to see the best results. It typically takes our bodies time to heal from toxic damage and hormone imbalance.

3. Can I use essential oils too much? No, you can’t overdose on essential oils, but essential oils are powerful and a little goes a long way. You only need to use 1-2 drops to experience powerful benefits.

I recommend applying essential oil several times a day. If you are addressing an acute issue then apply every 15 to 30 minutes, until the issue is resolved.


4. Will the oils contraindicate my current medications?

The wonderful thing about essential oils is that there are NO SIDE EFFECTS, only SIDE BENEFITS. As these are all-natural products based on plant-constituents (and not medications) they will not conflict with anything else you might be taking.

However, I want you to be absolutely certain that these oils are the right choice for you. If you are taking any other medications or supplements, you can fill out a consultation request, and I will reach out to you ASAP to schedule a time to address your individual concerns.

5. Should I take any safety precautions when using essential oils?

As essential oils are very potent, it is recommended to use moderate amounts in each application. Avoid getting oils in your eyes, nose or ears. And maintain the oils’ efficacy by keeping them stored in cool, dry places.

6. How can I use oils for stress and emotional distress?

The best way to use essential oils to support emotions and stress is through breathing 1-2 drops of a single oil, or blend and take 3-5 deep breathes. You should experience an immediate result after breathing the aromatic benefits of the essential oil. I recommend repeating this protocol 2-3 times over the course of 30 minutes to an hour. Great essential oils for stress and mood are: Serenity, Balance, Whisper, Wild Orange and Clary Calm.
