I am the host of this workshop. My background is nutrition and health coaching. In my practice I help women battle the obstacles of perimenopause and support them on their journey to vitality and ageing with grace.

Perimenopause is a life transition that happens to every woman.

Unfortunately, some women (like me) have more difficult perimenopause than others.

Factors that influence the ease of perimenopause include diet, lifestyle, exposure to toxins, exercise, and family history. All these can influence the levels of hormones in our body that regulate perimenopause.

My doctor confirmed that my perimenopause was dis-regulated due to hormonal imbalances.
